Excessive vibration can be caused by:
- Vibration frequency set too high for the material – reduce the setting
- Damaged vibration bearings – needs replacement
- Unbalanced eccentric weight – internal mechanical problem
- Low engine speed – check throttle and fuel system
Solutions:
First, lower the vibration setting. If the problem continues, stop using vibration and call a mechanic. Running a roller with bad bearings can cause serious damage.
