Common joystick issues:
- Unresponsive controls – check wiring and connectors
- Stiff or hard to move – dirt or wear in the joystick mechanism
- Functions activate by themselves – short circuit or bad sensor
- Intermittent operation – loose connection or failing joystick
Solutions:
First, clean the joystick area and check for loose wires. Calibrate the joystick using the machine’s computer (see manual). If problems continue, replace the joystick assembly. Always buy genuine XCMG parts for electronic components.
