XCMG standard warranty for new equipment is:
- Full machine: 12 months or 2,000 hours (whichever comes first)
- Engine and transmission: 24 months or 3,000 hours
- Hydraulic components: 12 months
Warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship. It does not cover wear parts (tires, tracks, filters, buckets, hoses, etc.) or damage from misuse. Extended warranties are available from some dealers. Ask your local dealer for the exact terms in your country.
