Common reasons for slow boom lift:
- Low hydraulic oil level – check and add oil
- Clogged hydraulic filter – replace it
- Worn hydraulic pump – needs repair or replacement
- Hydraulic cylinder internal leak – seals may be worn
- Wrong work mode selected – switch to power mode
Start by checking oil level and filters. If the problem remains, have a mechanic test the hydraulic pump pressure.
