- Professional spraying of emulsified asphalt, diluted asphalt, hot asphalt and modified asphalt, covering the full-scene construction needs of highways, municipal roads, airport runways, etc., and adapting to different process requirements such as permeable layer, bonding layer, upper and lower sealing layer.
Intelligent control system
- The controller realizes the automation of the entire process of asphalt spraying. The amount of spraying is not affected by the change of vehicle speed, and the accuracy reaches ±0.07kg/m² (industry leading level).
- The cab is equipped with a touch screen display to record the spraying area, operating distance and total amount in real time. The data traceability is strong and it is convenient for construction management.
High-precision spraying technology
- The folding spraying beam design supports triple overlapping spraying, which significantly improves uniformity and reduces material waste.
- The nozzle adopts the “one control one” mode, and the spraying width is freely adjusted (maximum 4.5 meters) to meet the requirements of different road widths.
Efficient heating and insulation system
- The thermal oil heating system heats the asphalt tank, pump, pipeline and spraying beam in all directions, with a fast temperature rise and excellent insulation performance, ensuring construction stability in low temperature environments.
- The diesel and compressed air dual cleaning system can quickly clean the residual asphalt in the pipeline after construction, reducing equipment downtime.
Humanized operation design
- Start-up strong spray control technology realizes zero-start spraying, avoiding uneven spraying at the start stage.
- The integrated operating system in the cab does not occupy the co-pilot seat, and the handheld remote control operation box can adjust the position according to the operating habits to improve the comfort of operation.
