RP705i Paver Features
Drive and control system
- Adopts full hydraulic drive, microcomputer control and left and right independent drive technology, equipped with constant speed automatic control technology to ensure stable paving speed. Equipped with electronic automatic leveling system to ensure paving flatness.
Cooling system
- Equipped with a three-in-one powerful composite radiator, it supports long-term continuous operation in a high temperature environment of 50℃ and adapts to extreme construction conditions.
Material feeding and distributing system
- The material feeding and distributing adopts independent full hydraulic transmission. The material feeding can be controlled by material beat or ultrasonic technology. The material distributing realizes automatic adjustment of the material level through ultrasonic sensor control to ensure the uniformity of material feeding. The height of the distributing device is adjustable to adapt to different paving thicknesses and reduce segregation.
Paving capacity
- The basic paving width is 2.5-5 meters, the maximum paving width is 7.2 meters, and the maximum paving thickness is 300 mm, which meets the construction needs of multi-level highways.

Screed plate heating
